New to Fat Flush excercise !

Hi, New to Fat Flush. I think i am confused about the exercise. I dont have a rebounder and cant afford $150 to purchase one right now. I have been exercising in the past( i did lose 15 pounds slowly) but havent been eating healthy. Would like to try FF and continue to exercise. I have been working out 3- 4 times a week. 30 to 40 minutes on the treadmill, elipical trainer, and walking. But can we exercise on FF if we dont have a rebounder? and what other physical exericise is allowed on the FF plan. And how long 30 minutes or more? I will get the book next friday but wanted to start today. Thanks Nimmy

Hi, During P1, when you're undergoing the stress of detox, ALG recommends cutting back exercise to light/mild (the book will go into this). I do a pilates mat work out every morning and for my cardio, bicycle riding. After being on the FFP for over a year, I just bought a rebounder (for cardio in the winter). You can get a walmart cheapie mini-tramp version for $30 or so and many a flusher has found a rebounder in a yard sale for $5-10! So never fear, there ARE alternatives out there.
